Kartonsan

Coated cardboards produced from recycled paper and known in the sector as “duplex (GD)” and “triplex (GT)” are Kartonsan’s main products. Various types of products produced in Kartonsan facilities are used in the production of packaging boxes for many industrial establishments, primarily in the fields of medicine, detergent, matches, food, perfumery, textile, cigarette industry, metallized and corrugated lamination, book and notebook covers, stationery packaging, glassware and small white goods packaging.

Ecoprint

Ekoprint, an economical type of cardboard, is a matte coated product with a grey back. The main areas of use of this product are box applications that do not require very good printing and varnishing.

Weights: 300, 350, 400 gr/m2

Normprint (GD3)

This product, which shows high performance in packaging works, can provide a bright print and good varnishability with less ink. Normprint products, which have a gray back side, are multi-layer coated cardboards with a blade coated finish applied to the upper surface.

Normprint cardboard, which has only a coated top layer and a grey bottom layer, is 100% recycled.

It is made of paper and has the feature of working easily in printing, box making and filling machines.

Exprint (GD2)

Exprint, a high-performance, multi-layer coated cardboard for all kinds of packaging and detailed graphic works, has a high creasing capability due to its structure. These products, which provide a bright print with less ink and good varnishability, have a gray backside and a blade coated finish is applied to the upper surface.

Exprint cardboard, which has good finishing and stiffness properties, has a coated top and bottom layer. The bottom layer is gray and is made of 95.6-97.1% recycled paper. It has the feature of working easily in printing, box making and filling machines.

Luxtriplex (GT2)

It is a multi-layer coated cardboard with a white back and a blade coated finish applied to the top surface, preferred for special day cards, detailed graphic printing for advertising purposes and all kinds of packaging. This product, which has a high creasing ability due to its structure, has a bright print with less ink and a good varnishability.

Luxtriplex cardboard, which has good finishing and stiffness properties, has a coated top and bottom layer. The bottom layer is white. It is made of 87-93% recycled paper and has easy operation in printing, box making and filling machines.
